Basalt

We don't start with AI

We start with a week of work.

We look at what repeats, where context gets lost and where an experienced person rebuilds something the company already knows. Only then do we decide whether an agent can genuinely help.

Technology should fit the business. Not the other way round.

AI should feel like this

It should be simple to use and easy to check.

You should know where an answer came from, what the agent prepared and why a decision is still waiting for a person.

People are meant for more

Nobody was meant to spend their day copying numbers between spreadsheets, clicking through five screens, or writing the same email for the hundredth time.

Their value sits in judgement, relationships, craft and the decisions that do not fit a rule.

AI should remove repetitive work and leave more room for that.

The hard part is not the technology

Building a first version is rarely the hard part.

The hard part is choosing the right workflow, setting its limits and making it useful on a Tuesday morning. That is why we measure use, exceptions and time returned.

We admire people who are good at their craft

Real skill often looks simple because the complexity has already been absorbed by the person who understands the craft.

That is our job too. Your team should not need to understand models, connectors and prompts to use a workflow correctly.

What we are not

We are not another AI agency chasing the newest model. We do not sell prompts, chatbots or demos. We are not building anything to replace your people.

And we do not implement Odoo. Your integrator does that. We take care of the rest.

We build bounded workflows that become a normal part of the week, with results the company can check.

What we are trying to do

Give people their time back.

Picture the person who rebuilds the same information in a spreadsheet every week. When that task disappears, they do not become an AI expert. They simply get time back for the actual job.

That is the result we care about. Not the number of agents or the sophistication of the demonstration.

That is Basalt.
