These terms govern access to usebasalt.com, which is operated by BSLT Systems OÜ under the Basalt name. By using the website, you agree to follow them. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

These are website terms, not the commercial terms for a Basalt engagement. Client work is governed by the signed proposal, services agreement and, where applicable, data-processing agreement. Those signed documents take priority for that work.

You must not interfere with its operation, bypass security, probe it without authorisation, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that degrades the service, misrepresent your identity or use the material to infringe another person’s rights.

Odoo and other third-party names or logos remain the property of their owners. Their appearance does not imply ownership by Basalt or a partnership unless the page expressly says so.

The website links to services such as Cal.com, WhatsApp and the external Basalt blog. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Basalt is not responsible for an external service outside the parts it controls.

We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, Basalt is not liable for indirect loss arising only from reliance on general website content or from temporary unavailability.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory rights that apply to you remain unaffected.

These website terms are governed by Estonian law. Courts in Estonia have jurisdiction over disputes relating only to website use, subject to any mandatory law or jurisdiction that cannot be displaced. The governing law and forum for client services are stated in the signed client agreement.
